This had to be the best presentation we've ever seen of oysters on the half shell.

The Iced Market Oyster Selection at Canoe was incredible. The oysters were brought to us in a huge bowl overflowing with ice. The oysters were shucked and laid on top of the ice and garnished with fresh seaweed. After that a centerpiece of Canoe's famous gigantic flatbreads and fresh red and green lettuce were arranged in the middle of the bowl.
