When I take photos I am notorious for focusing in on the small details and missing the bigger picture and the larger context. I do the same thing when I photograph cars. I end up with tons of photos of neat reflections in chrome and great close-ups of headlights, but I often miss capturing the long shots of the cars that give you a better sense of the overall design of the car.
That was not the case with this 1940 Ford however as the beauty of the design made me step back to take it all in. This is a custom car owned by Richard Broyles that was on display in Atlanta in 2008.
