Our favorite dish at The Flying Biscuit is their Southern Scramble. It’s made with eggs, cheese, bacon, onions and of all things, collard greens. If you’re really incredibly hungry, we’d recommend the Egg-stravaganza. It comes with two eggs, sausage, bacon and French toast with raspberry sauce and honey crème Anglais.
The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and fast. At the location on Piedmont, near the park and the Atlanta Botanical Gardens, the space is sunny and bright, making it the perfect place for breakfast or brunch on the weekends. I am sure it might be hard to get a table on Saturday and Sunday mornings in good weather.
The Flying Biscuit has several locations in Atlanta and the surrounding area. There’s one in Candler Park @ 1655 McLendon Avenue in Atlanta @ zip code 30307 and telephone number 404-687-8888. There’s the one we went to in Midtown on Piedmont Avenue @ zip code 30308, another one in Buckhead/West Paces Ferry @ 3515 Northside Parkway Northwest in Atlanta @ zip 30327 and telephone number 404-816-3152, another one @ Terminus Boulevard, 3280 Peachtree Road Northeast [Suite 145] in Atlanta @ zip code 30305 and phone number 404-477-0013. Besides that, when you’re out of town you can visit them in Charlotte and Marietta; @ 7930 A Rea Road in Charlotte, NC @ zip code 28277 and phone number 704-295-4440 and @ East Cobb @ 1084 East Johnson Ferry Road in Marietta @ zip 30068 and phone number 770-321-4445.
