This Ford Mustang is not exactly the same one that I almost bought in the 1970's, as my first car. This one has had quite a bit of custom work done on it including being chopped, fitted with those gigantic tires and given that brilliant metalflake blue paint job that seemed to glow in the dark.
When I went out shopping for my first car, I fell in love with a 1965 blue Mustang fastback at a local car dealer. My father loved the car like I did, but told me that I should be thinking more about practicality than style. He was helping me buy the car, so he won out. I ended up buying a Datsun B210 in metallic army green. It was one dorky little uglymobile, but boy was it a good car. I always wondered though what my life would have been like if I had gotten that classic Mustang.
